Deliverables are crafted to meet client goals with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and design responsiveness.

2.2 Digital Marketing
Our digital marketing services focus on driving online visibility and engagement. This includes campaign management, SEO/SEM, content creation, automation tools, and analytics. Strategies are custom-built for each client to optimize their digital footprint and ROI.

2.3 Mobile Solutions
We build AI-enhanced mobile applications that support hybrid work environments and remote management. These solutions include cross-platform apps, employee tracking, real-time analytics, and push notification systems. All solutions are secure, scalable, and tailored to client workflows.

2.4 Companion to Startups
Globussoft partners with startups to bring product ideas to life — from ideation to launch. Our services include MVP development, branding, GTM strategies, and investor pitch support. We act as a strategic tech partner to help early-stage ventures scale efficiently.

2.5 AI Services
Globussoft provides advanced AI Studio solutions for creating hyper-realistic digital avatars, virtual influencers, and metahuman experiences. These services may involve AI-generated visuals, voice synthesis, motion capture, and interactive environments. All services are governed by a custom agreement and subject to intellectual property and ethical usage terms.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Access to Services
You are responsible for providing the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and use the Service. You must ensure that your equipment meets the technical specifications required to interact with the Service.
3.2 User Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account, including passwords and login credentials. Any unauthorized access to your account or misuse will be your responsibility, and Globussoft is not liable for any such misuse.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws, including but not limited to those regarding intellectual property, data protection, and online conduct.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
  • Interfere with or compromise the security or functionality of the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service or any of its components.

5. Service Period
This Agreement will begin on the date you sign up for a Subscription (“Subscription Date”) and will continue for the duration specified in your plan (“Service Period”). The Service Period may automatically renew unless you cancel as per Section 7.

6. Payment

6.1 Fees
By subscribing to our paid Service plans, you agree to pay all fees as outlined on our website at the time of Subscription. These may include taxes and additional charges, depending on the plan selected.
6.2 Payment Authorization
You authorize Globussoft to charge your payment method for any fees associated with the Service. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up-to-date.
6.3 Billing
Fees are due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make a timely payment may result in the suspension of your access to the Service. All prepayments are non-refundable.
6.4 Pricing Changes
Globussoft reserves the right to change the pricing for services at any time. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes that may affect your Subscription.

7. Cancellation and Termination

 7.1 Project Cancellation by Client
As a client-based organization, all services are offered through formal agreements. If you wish to cancel an ongoing project or service engagement, you must notify us in writing as per the terms outlined in your service agreement. Any cancellation is subject to the agreed-upon terms and may involve applicable fees.
7.2 Termination by Globussoft
Globussoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service engagement at its discretion if the client breaches the terms of the signed agreement, fails to make due payments, or engages in unlawful or unethical conduct.
7.3 Post-Termination
Upon termination of a project or service engagement, all deliverables and access to work-in-progress will be discontinued. The client remains responsible for any outstanding payments. Data and project materials will be handled by our Privacy Policy and the service agreement terms.

8. Intellectual Property 

8.1 Ownership of Content
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, designs, content, trademarks, and logos, are the exclusive property of Globussoft or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the intellectual property without our express written consent.
8.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting or posting any content through the Service (e.g., feedback, reviews, or user-generated content), you grant Globussoft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data by our Privacy Policy.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

13.2 Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the jurisdiction of Globussoft’s operations.

14. Force Majeure
Globussoft will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, or governmental actions.

15. Severability
Courts of competent jurisdiction may invalidate, illegalize, or render unenforceable any provision of these Terms, but the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Globussoft. Globussoft may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, without notice to you.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by Globussoft on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Globussoft regarding the use of the Service. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other agreements, the Terms shall prevail.
